  A lackluster experience for my first time at Dave and Buster's. The games were fun and the virtual reality ride is a must. I didn't like that they only had one person selling tokens at the entrance. For a monday, it took a little longer than it should've to get the party started.
  
  After the games, we decided to grab dinner.
  
  Pros: Food was delicious. I had the steak and shrimp alfredo.  My family was pleased with their meals as well.
  
  Cons: We waited for what felt like an hour. When it came out it was apparent that much of the food had been sitting in the heating window. Pasta looked dried out and wings had no shine...just ashy!
  
  Hopefully next time is better.

  So let me just say this... the people here are very misleading and not educated on the things when it pertains to parties. This weekend i decided to throw my baby brother a party here. It was $400 plus tax to receive the full party package. When i came, i was expecting a room, play cards, food, drinks and a host. That was not the case, i am very disappointed. When we arrived, we came on time at the designated 3pm and was told that no party rooms were available. 2nd my mother signed the regular contract stating that we paid the $400. Later when i spoke to the manager she stated that we signed something saying that we are agreeing to allow them to compensate for the room by giving our party unlimited drinks and play. NOBODY SAID OR AGREED TO ANYTHING LIKE THAT. Then had the nerve to deny us a empty party room and told us we would have to pay an extra $100 (which we had no problem with doing but it wasn't offered to us until we asked). I asked for the manager to explain and there was no explanation.
  
  I also feel like they discriminated against a couple families because 3 black families who paid big money to come and expected a room was outside in the restaurant area while all the other Caucasian families filled the play rooms. Some families even stated that they were here early but was not granted what they paid for.
  
  Dave and busters please give people what they paid for.
  
  I personally want my money back or some type of comp for my time. The other bad part was that it was for 2 hours. A shame.

  This place has great potential but it's severely understaffed. However, the staff that was working were great. They were kind snd courteous and did their best to manage. The waiter was great and really helped us enjoy our time there.
  
  The food was really overpriced for the quality. The burgers we had just didn't taste good. If it was a matter of them being understaffed in the kitchen too then whatever but during our visit a Big Mac might've tasted better than what we had. Almost felt like I was being robbed paying 16 bucks for a lukewarm double cheese burger and cardboard flavored fries. Wings were pretty good, I recommend those.
  
  Overall, 99% of the issues we encountered were a result of them being understaffed. The staff was great but they were spread thin. I urge D&B to work on staffing more personnel. Once thats fixed maybe I could pay them a visit once more. Won't be happening anytime soon for me though.

  Service is horrible, food an drinks aren't up to par at this location. Staff needs to be retrained on cleanliness, and customer service.

  The food was cold needs work on customer service and timeliness. Service poor manager stated if cold we can remake only gave $3.00off bill. Do not get there $19.00 wings horrible taste.
